When selling cryptocurrency:

– We perform a preliminary check of your wallet to ensure that it does not contain stolen or sanctioned funds.

– A small test transaction may be conducted.

– The main transaction is then executed, and upon confirmation, you receive cash.

When buying cryptocurrency:

– Your cash is verified for authenticity and compliance.

– A small test transaction may be conducted.

– Cryptocurrency is then transferred to your wallet.

In the case of high-risk transactions or jurisdiction, your request will be processed after the necessary compliance procedures are completed, at a time agreed with you in advance.

You will get a receipt upon completion of the transaction.
