Which cryptocurrencies do you exchange, and for which currencies?

We exchange BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC for Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD) — both ways: cryptocurrency to cash and back, in person at our Lugano office.

Is the service legal and regulated?

Yes. We operate in Switzerland as a financial intermediary registered with the VQF self-regulatory organisation (CHE-136.067.315), under Swiss anti-money-laundering rules and FINMA supervision.

What documents do I need?

Up to CHF 1,000 the exchange is available without documents. Above this threshold — with the KYC procedure (identification under Swiss law).

Do I need an appointment?

For ordinary amounts you can simply visit the Lugano office (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00); for larger amounts, please message us first on WhatsApp or Telegram.

What exchange rate do you use — are there hidden fees?

A transparent rate that already includes our commission, shown before you confirm. No hidden charges.

How can I exchange cryptocurrency for cash in Milan, Como or Varese?

The exchange takes place in Switzerland, at our licensed Lugano office (VQF, FINMA). Clients from Como, Chiasso, Varese and Milan come in person — Lugano is about 25–40 minutes from the border. We do not operate on Italian territory; for operations inside Italy, contact operators registered with the OAM.

Can I sell Bitcoin or USDT for cash if I come from Italy?

Yes, you are welcome to come; the transaction itself takes place in Switzerland, at the Lugano office. We exchange BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC for cash in CHF or EUR.

Where is the nearest crypto exchange point to the Italian border?
